How do my earnings and patient discounts work on Fullscript?

Fullscript dispensaries have up to a 35% margin to work with. You can choose how much of that margin to keep as earnings and how much to pass on to patients as a discount when you set up your account. These margins can be adjusted at any time. You can also choose a non-margin account, which passes savings to patients instead of earning profit from product sales. Additional savings, like first-order discounts up to 15% and auto-refill discounts up to 15%, can help patients get started and stay consistent over time. You’re always in control of the balance that works best for your practice and your patients.

Is there a minimum order on free shipping?

Yes. Patients qualify for free shipping when they spend over $50 in the US. Eligible orders include free priority shipping, helping patients receive their products faster without added shipping costs.

Which Pure Encapsulations products does Fullscript carry?

When will I lose access to Pure Patient Direct?

The Pure Patient Direct platform will officially shut down on Sept 30, 2026. All direct-to-patient fulfillment will move to Fullscript to offer a more robust experience, featuring tools like auto-refill, multi-patient plans, protocol templates, clinical AI, and a significantly expanded product catalog. To support a smooth transition, your new Fullscript account will be pre-populated with popular Pure Encapsulations protocols and collections. Providers will have a 15-day window following the shutdown to log in and download essential patient reports and historical data.

What happens to my patients, protocols, and data when I create a Fullscript account?

You will need to notify your patients of the switch. To support you, we will provide a shareable handout and email templates you can use to guide them in setting up their new Fullscript accounts. Once they move over, your patients will gain access to several new benefits, including auto-refill options and the free patient mobile app. While patient accounts and data cannot be migrated directly from Pure Patient Direct (PPD) due to HIPAA considerations, your new Fullscript account will be pre-populated with popular Pure Encapsulations protocols and collections. You will also have a 15-day window following the September 30, 2026, shutdown to download your patient reports and historical data from the PPD platform.

Is there still a “unique code” for patients?

No. Fullscript uses an email-based system for patient access rather than the PPD unique code system. You can invite patients directly from your Fullscript account by entering their email address, which sends them a link to create their account and connect with your dispensary. Patients can also sign up through your Fullscript landing page or a shared invite link, making it easier to get started without needing to manage or distribute unique codes.
