If you are a Health Professional using the Fullscript platform, we may share data or information in ways that could potentially be considered a “sale” of personal information in the State of California. In this event, we only do so with careful regard to privacy obligations and protections, and for limited reasons, such as to gain insight into the product brands you are using and would like to have access to, to provide access to a relevant range of products for your practice, and to deliver the most relevant content and educational materials to you. The CCPA provides California residents with the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information. This right is subject to certain exceptions, for example, it does not apply to information we share with certain third-party service providers so that they can provide necessary business functions on our behalf.
