How to Subscribe to Autoship as a Patient
Once logged in, under the Autoship tab, choose the frequency with which your products will be automatically shipped by Fullscript. 
Once frequency is selected, add desired products and select “Update”. A confirmation email summarizing your Autoship products will be sent to you.

Are the patients required to sign up for autoship?

Autoship is an optional feature for patients and is not required to be subscribed to. Patients can choose to set up or turn off their auto-ship orders at anytime. Please let us know if you have any further questions – we’d be happy to help!
What percentage of patients use auto ship?

Since our launch in February we have had over 2000 patients sign up for Autoship!
At some point in the future, will you allow different ship frequencies for different products? For example, some of my products I need every two months and some I need every three months.
