Phone order service, dashboard analytics & more!

Thought we were done? The Fullscript Team is on a roll making improvements to our US platform.

Here is some information about our most recent feature updates:

Patient & order specific discounts


This much anticipated feature is finally live! Over the months, practitioners have requested the option to give their patients discounts either for promotional purposes or to help alleviate the financial burden of purchasing these products for the patients who need it. Now, not only can you give discounts across all products, you can offer discount on a per patient and order basis. All you have to do is go into the patient’s account, click “Edit Patient Details”, and then adjust the discount accordingly. Learn more.

Creating prescriptions from your custom categories

A popular request from many of our practitioners was to have the ability to prescribe products using their own custom categories. When we first introduced the ability to create custom categories, it was strictly for practitioners to use to organize their patient facing dispensaries. However, overtime the practitioners who had setup categories suggested it would be useful to be able to search through these categories when writing prescriptions as well. We listened and thought it was a great idea so we made it happen. Create a new prescription and see for yourself!

Dashboard Analytics


The old dashboard was decent. The new dashboard, however, has been designed through feedback and careful testing to bring you the most informative updates & analytics to help you best run your dispensary and practice. The above screenshots will provide you with some clues on the new updates, but you may want to sign in and experience it yourself!

Notification Centre

We understand that as orders pick up, it can be time consuming to keep track of all the activities in your dispensary, such as which invites were dropped, which prescriptions were received, or when patients are due for a refill. Now, with the new handy notification centre, you get a summary of all the activities you can follow up on so that your dispensary and practice can continue to grow and your patients can continue to improve their health.

Phone Order Service

We now have a dedicated phone number you can provide your patients so they can place their orders by phone. They can simply call us and a member of our Customer Success Team will either walk them through the ordering process, or place the order through your dispensary on their behalf.

The US Phone Order Line +1 (877) 941-1449 is open between the hours of 10:00 - 6:00pm EST (Monday-Friday). If your patient gets our answering service, we will do everything we can to return their call and help them order within an hour.
