1. Archiving practitioners and staff accounts
What’s new
To keep your account data neat and concise, you can now quickly remove account access from staff and practitioners that leave your practice in just a few clicks.
Why’d we build this?
When practitioners and staff leave your practice, we understand the need to remove previous accesses for data protection and keep your staff records up to date.
This release:
- Lets you find active practitioners faster when writing supplement plans, assigning practitioners to patients, and filtering results.
- Keeps information on your account free of clutter from archived practitioners and staff.
- Saves access to archived account’s previously imported information, and the ability to restore this access later if things change.

2. Find products faster in the catalog
What’s new
We’ve enhanced the navigation of our search bar and filters in the catalog, so you can find the products you’re looking for when writing supplement plans for your patients quicker. Results are now categorized when searching, and common filters are prioritized to the side.
Why’d we build this?
We want you to save time and effort by quickly finding the products your patients need and enjoying improved suggestions and visibility when writing supplement plans.
This release:
- Provides an improved search experience with categorized search suggestions in the drop-down menu to find products faster.
- Allows quicker discovery of relevant products, saving time and effort in your search process.
- Provides greater visibility on commonly used filters, to search more efficiently.

3. Write supplement plans seamlessly with a new layout
What’s new
It’s now faster to write complete supplement plans with easier access to protocols, pre-templated messages (snippets), and educational resources. We’ve cleaned up the layout of our supplement plan tool, with easy access to protocols and resources.
Why’d we build this?
Sending supplement plans to your patients should be a seamless process, and with these enhancements, we’ve placed everything you need to share with your patients in one convenient place.
This release:
- Allows you to quickly apply protocols, add snippets, and attach resources to your supplement plans in an intuitive view with our improved template process.
- Provides a simplified snippets dropdown that no longer obstructs the view of products added to the prescription.
Tip: Easily apply protocols to a supplement plan from the supplement plan view, which can be used to recommend commonly prescribed products to multiple patients, without needing to add products for each patient.
