Rachel Kreider is a proud Registered Dietitian (R.D.) who focuses on integrative and functional nutrition. She completed her undergraduate education in nutrition and biology at Penn State University, and obtained a Masters Degree in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Pittsburgh. She completed a supervised practice internship with Adagio Health in Pittsburgh to obtain her credentials as an R.D.
She currently works for Boundary Bend Wellness, supporting their new product development, content creation and regulatory efforts. She also enjoys counseling individuals and providing corporate wellness seminars.
